Last
week Nifty experienced a decisive breakdown with close below
7850. It should have One more close below 7850
(preferably below 7750) to confirm the down trend.
Nifty
closed at nearly Lower level for the week and closed below at
7850, and has opened gates for a fresh wave on the
downside.
Previous trends teach us that May month in Even Years be bearish...The above trend is creating that suspicion also...
During
the Current week , Moon would be transiting between Sathbhisham
to Revathi (2.5.16 to 5.5.16 afternoon). If Nifty goes above
the High range of the above Period, it would become further Bullish
and on the other hand, if Nifty goes below Low of the abovePeriod, it
goes down further below.

DMA, 50DMA, 100DMA and 200 DMA are placed at about 7781, 7585, 7572
and 7855. respectively and would act as resistances as
Nifty is trading above most of the Moving Averages.
While
Nifty continues to trade below the 200 DMA and 50
DMA too is below 200 DMA (Death Cross)
suggesting that the Long term Bearish trend is in tact.
