Monday Tues day Range Crucial for Next Three Weeks 

NIFTY :: 8089 (-- 81)

Nifty traded in  a wide range (8286 and 7927) and closed with a loss of about 1%. Nifty was quite strong till Brexit Vote and fell sharply on the last day of the week due to the referendum Vote. In view of the Brexit Vote certain specific companies will have direct impact and those companies will have direct impact. Similarly certain industries such as IT companies having exports to Euro/ Britain  also will face the impact. Brexit impact will be there for some time and market will have to face the impact.

- 20 DMA, 50DMA, 100DMA and 200 DMA are placed at about 8192, 7705, 7665 and 7773 respectively and would act as  Supports  as Nifty is trading  above most of   the   Moving Averages.  

- Nifty continues to trade above    the  200 DMA and  50 DMA too has come above  200 DMA (Golden Cross) suggesting that the Long term outlook has become Bullish.

Technical Levels...

Bullish above 8165 with resistance at  8240, 8300,8375

Bearish below 8010 with Supports at 7940, 7865,7800.

Breakout level :: 8250 and the Breakdown level :: 7925

Moon would be transiting  from Uttarabhadra 1 st    Pada in Pisces    to Krittika 3 rd   Pada in Taurus .      

Sun transits from  Aardra 2 nd  Pada in Gemini  to Aardra 3 rd    Pada in Gemini.

Mercury  transits from  Mrigasira 3 rd  Pada in Gemini   to Aardra  1 st   Pada in Gemini ,

Venus transits from Aardra 4 th  Pada in Gemini to Punarvasu 1 st  Pada in Gemini.

Mars, in Retrograde motion, transits in   Visakha 3 rd  Pada in Libra and gets into Direct motion by weekend.

Market moves in Pisces during Monday and Tuesday and this period is quite sensitive for the market and the range during these Two days is to be watched for the market and if it goes above the high of this range it would be Bullish and if it goes below the Low of this range, it becomes Bearish for the next Three weeks.
