Second Half of the Week Crucial

Outlook for Week 07.11.2016 to 11.11.2016 

 

NIFTY :: 8434 ( - 192)

Nifty traded in  a wide range during truncated week of 8670 to 8400  and closed nearer to the lower end of the range at 8434 with a loss of 192 points 2.30%, the main reason for Loss being global cues of US Presidential elections.

Market had closed with a negative outlook  with a loss of more than 2.25 % ie., 192 points. Current week, is crucial because of US Presidential election results and also Moon’s transit during Aquarius and Pisces. 

 

- 20 DMA, 50DMA, 100DMA and 200 DMA are placed at about 8624, 8696, 8556 and 8062 respectively and would act as  Supports  and Resistances as Nifty is trading  above the 200 DMA only.

- Nifty continues to trade above    the  200 DMA and  50 DMA too has come above   200 DMA (Golden   Cross) suggesting that the Long term outlook is  Bullish.

Technical Levels...

Breakout level : 8630 Breakdown level : 8300

Bullish above 8500 with resistance at  8575, 8650, 8725

Bearish below 8360 with Supports at 8285, 8210,8140

Weekly Open level is very important for the entire week. Long    positions may be considered  as long as it maintains above the Weekly open level.

- Saturn, in Direct  motion ,   transits in  Jyeshta 1 st   Pada in Scropio sign and in Sagittarius    Navamsa .

- Jupiter   transits in    Hastha 1 st Pada and  in Aries  Navamsa to Hastha 2 nd  Pada and in Taurus   Navamsa.

- Rahu and Ketu transit in Leo and Aquarius and in Leo  and Aquarius  Navamsas

Moon would transit from Aquarius and Pisces during November 9 to 11 th. The range established during this period would be the reference range for the next Three weeks and if Nifty crosses the High, it would become Bullish and if it crosses the Low of this period, it would become further Bearish.
