If Index Crosses 11200 it would be Bullish
for the week between 5th to 9th August, 2019
NIFTY : 10,997 (-287)
Nifty traded in a range of 11311 to 10849 during last week and closed nearer to the Low of the week's range at 10997 with a loss of 287 Points and made a Negative weekly close. This is fourth consecutive week to close negatively.
- During last week between Monday to Wednesday (July 26-27), Nifty transited in Pisces and formed a range of 11398 to 11230. It would be the base for coming next 3 weeks. Bullish above High and Bearish below Low of this range.
- 20 DMA, 50DMA, 100DMA, 200 DMAs are placed at about 11378, 11668, 11598,11154 respectively and they would act as Supports and Resistances.
- Nifty presently came below all the DMAs. Still 50 DMA is above 200 DMA (Golden Cross) suggesting that the Long term outlook is Bullish. Nifty is Bearish in all three outlooks ie., Long term, Middle Term and Short Term. It would become Bullish if it closes above 11200 by the weekend.
