Bearish Below 10600 by the weekend

for the week between 26 to 30 August, 2019

NIFTY :  10,828  (-218)    

Nifty traded in a  range of 11147 to 10637 during last week and  closed at 10828 with a loss of 218 Points and made a Negative weekly close. This is second consecutive week of recording loss. Current Week being the last week of the month, it could become further weak. 

- During the current  Week, Nifty transited  in Aquarius  to Pisces and formed  a  Range of 10924  to 11147 and  which would form a Base for the next Three Weeks.  During the current  week, it would form  a  range and it becomes Bearish if it breaks  the Low of  the range (till 10637).  It has already reached the First Target. 

- 20 DMA, 50DMA, 100DMA, 200 DMAs are placed at about 11014, 11414, 11542,11197 respectively and they would act as Supports and Resistances.         

- Nifty presently below all the DMAs. Still 50 DMA is above 200 DMA (Golden Cross) suggesting that the Long term outlook is Bullish. Nifty is Bearish Middle Term, Short Term. It would become Bullish if it closes above 11050 by the weekend.

Breakout level : 11000       Breakdown level : 10600

Bullish above 10900 with Resistance at 10975, 11050

Bearish below  10750  with Supports at 10675, 10600

Advice for Traders...

Weekly Open level is very important for the entire week. Long  positions may be considered  as long as it maintains above the Weekly open level.

If Nifty fut trades trades above ATP by 10.30A M, Long Positions can be taken with suitable SL and Such positions can be closed by about 12.30 PM. If Nifty Fut trades below the ATP, Short Positions can be taken with suitable SL and such Positions can be closed by about end of the day.

Technical Levels for the Day...

Resistance :   10870,10905      Supports :  10790, 10755
